*Providing false information on an application is cause for immediate denial, and grounds for tenancy termination if a lease has previously been executed
Owner pays for water and trash. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant(s). 1-year lease. The property has off-street parking in assigned spaces. Also, has a secure communal mailbox for added peace of mind for US Postal Service delivery. Smoking allowed OUTSIDE of unit and trash/"butts" are to be disposed of accordingly. Yard work is to be done by tenants regularly.
