    Excellent property with amazing views of the Rice River. There is approximately 1800 feet of frontage on the river with a beautiful hillside on the north side of the river. The property has a 22x45 pole building, 23x30 garage, 8x12 sauna and a storage shed. The property also has a 900+sq. ft. home that would work excellent for a cabin or hunting camp. The property is a absolute perfect mix of hay fields, thick bedding cover and timber. Along the river had a rub line going along it that was most definitely being used by a big mature buck. While walking the property I kept bumping deer up everywhere I went. There was sign everywhere!!!! The hayfields are definitely a major draw to deer in the area. One of the sellers was telling me that in three times of hunting the farm last year he had 23 does in one of the hayfields in range. That's just one field!!! I can't even imagine what was happening on the rest of the property or the ridge in the back behind the river.
