Side one rents for $625.00 and had new flooring (most of the floors refinished hardwood), new kitchen cabinets and counters in 2014. Side one windows replaced with Pella windows in 2005. Side one had a new furnace installed in 2005 and new hot water tank in the last few years. Side 2 is vacant and ready to rent with new windows, flooring, new Shaker style kitchen cabinets and counters. The furnace and hot water tank are older than the other side but work well. The roof age is unknown but there are no leaks. There is no fireplace or central air. Zillow keeps showing one or both of those items checked! We are selling because we are retiring in a few years.
