Ideal for CWRU Graduate Students, Residency Healthcare Doctors, etc. 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, full kitchen, living room, balcony, private door and adjoined interior stairway to the 2nd-floor apartment, laundry in basement, all utilities (water, gas, electric, internet} included in rent. Rent is month to month, with $850 security deposit. The driveway is shared by the two apartments, A (2nd-floor) and B (1st-Floor). No smoking allowed, there is a cap for all utilities if the tenant goes over the cap there will be additional fees which they can provide the additional payments through Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal. Every Friday, we will come to clean the house. Individuals will need to pass a credit check and background check with a letter from their previous landlord, proof of employment from their current employer, and four paystubs or a signed and current W2 from the same employer, or for students they must list a guarantor. Tenants who apply must have a credit score of 700 or higher, no felonies, no evictions. If a student has a guarantor, the guarantor must have a credit score of 700 or higher. both the guarantor and the student must have no evictions and no felonies.
