A quiet oasis in a busy city, the casita is impeccably maintained and was originally a Super Host Plus Airbnb with a 4.9 rating. The last Airbnb guest liked it so much, she stayed for two and a half years. Conveniently located off Robertson Blvd. near Beverlywood and the 10, the neighborhood is very walkable. It is 10 minute walk to the new Helms Bakery, Father's Office and Des Croissants Paris, a 20 minute walk to DT Culver City and less than a 15 minute walk to the Metro Station. Dolce Isola (the bakery/restaurant owned by the Ivy) and Eyes Peeled (coffee shop) are both less than a block away. Underground Cafe and The Very Best Cookie are two blocks away. Trade Joe's and Whole Foods are both walkable and during peak traffic times, it is often faster to bike than drive there. West Adams is 10 minute drive. It is approximately 20 minutes to LAX, 15 Minutes to Century City and The Grove. The Ballona Creek and Expo bike paths are both a five minute ride from the cottage. It is an approximately 45 minute bike ride to the beach depending how fast you pedal. All utilities including gas, electric, water, wifi, basic cable are included.
