One bedroom available on 17 March 2018. Room is big enough to fit a desk, dresser, and a queen size bed and has a decent sized closet. The room comes with a shared bathroom with a male so a male roommate is mandatory. Tenant must be okay with a small dog that keeps to himself and is quiet through out the day. A little about the roommates currently residing in the home; three military professionals who all work different schedules. ABSOLUTELY no drugs allowed due to the fact that we are all military personnel. With that being said, military personnel preferred. Smoking is okay only outdoors. There's plenty of street parking right outside the front gate and parking in the garage is first come/first serve basis. Washer and dryer included in the home. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and upon moving in, we require two full month pay stub for verification of employment. Utilities are not included and will be paid every 15th of the month (utilities include electric, gas, water, and trash), split equally among us four.
