We are not BYU approved but do have some similar rules. You do not need to be a student to live here in fact we have several working professionals in addition to students. We are looking for responsible, kind, and clean tenants. It is furnished, the rooms have a dresser and twin bed. The kitchens are on the larger side and have a good amount of cupboard space. The laundry rooms are finished with a washer and dryer and some extra storage space. You would technically share a full size bathroom with just one other person. Deposit is $400. Rent is only $475(great price for a PRIVATE room! There is an automatic charge of $55 that needs to accompany your rent to go towards utilities. Also, if you pay before the 1st of each month then you will get an additional $10 off! Making rent and utilities only $520 instead of $530 if you pay early. There is a non refundable $20 application fee to be turned in with your application. No smoking, drinking, drugs, pets, etc. No over night guests are permitted. The contract will end July 31, 2025 she is willing to move sooner or later than January 1st if that would make things easier for an applicant. As mentioned we are looking for responsible, kind, clean tenants, the women who currently live there would love that in a roommate too.
