New furnace was put in about 2 years ago along with all new windows and has shed outside. It's in a park called Willow Creek. Lot Rent is $270/month which includes water, sewer and garbage. Has electric stove and gas furnace and water heater. We have lived here for about 4 years and the owners of the park are very nice and reasonable. Would continue to stay here but need something bigger with our growing family.
