The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player, while the dining area offers seating for six around the dining table and additional seating for five at the kitchen counter. The open-plan kitchen and dining area make entertaining and cooking a fun and enjoyable experience, allowing you to share private time with friends and family without missing out on any conversations. For an additional charge, guests can enjoy volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts. Pool heating is available for $50.00 per day and must be purchased for the total length of the stay, requested at least seven days prior to check-in. Violation of this term will incur a charge of $400.00 minimum. Starter supplies are provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom, dish soap, a sponge, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, and a garbage bag. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
