The unit is fully furnished and great for anyone working a seasonal position, traveling nurses, or anyone working at a local data center. Our unit is located close to the gate for easy load & unload. Enjoy the large pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and spacious lawn area! Or take an easy walk to the river, beaches, 2 golf courses, boat launches, playground & trails! Main level has a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and dining table which seats 6. A very comfortable living area with sofa to relax and watch T.V. or just stare out the window at the well maintained grounds and pool area. Main level also includes: -Main Bedroom featuring King size bed -Full size washer/dryer -Bathroom with full size tub/shower and large vanity -Plenty of room for everyone to relax, play games, cook and enjoy! Upstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom with a Queen Bed, dresser There is also a loft area where you will find another queen size bed, dresser and T.V. You will also find a triple Bunk Bed in the hallway There is a second bath upstairs The deck provides a pool view and has a BBQ and overhead patio lights for a nice warm glow in the evening. Condo includes all bed linens, bath towels and pool towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, forks and cooking utensils. Owner pays all utilities including internet
