Bottom floor consist of the living room/kitchen/dining area with 1/2 bathroom and Office Room. Top floor consist of 2 bedrooms, each with 2 full bathrooms and walk in closets. The washer/dryer us upstairs as well.

A/C and Heating: The top and bottom floors are controlled via thermostat.

There are 2 designated parking area for your stay.
6. Security
The electronic lock is super easy. Simply punch in the 4 digit code and it will unlock. If inside, turn the switch to lock the door. When leaving, push the Lock button at the top of the key pad to Lock the door.
7. Streaming Services?
All streaming services are available via Smart TV. You would simply log into your streaming services once you transfer/install your WIFI service.
8. Renting
Tenants must inform Landlord 30 days in advance of when you would be moving out. Any Damages to the property will be paid from the deposit made by the tenant. If the damages exceed the deposit, the tenant is responsible for paying the remainder of the amount for the damages.

4. Renter pays Water and Electric( No Gas). No Smoking allowed inside of the house. Pets will be considered by a case by case basis. Property is listed at 3 or 6 months but can be extended to a 9 or 12 month Lease agreement. Maintenance is a top priority; therefore, if there is any issues with Water, HVAC, Electrical, please message the owner of the property ASAP.
5. Pets
They are allowed but their is a $300 non refundable charge.
6. Want Utilities included, total is $2300/month with $1000 security deposit(includes non refundable $500 cleaning fee if you decided move)
