Also, new appliances in the kitchen and new bathroom vanity. Complete quality paint along with new baseboards and new window coverings. Apartment 6 is rented but we have #7 (also a second floor apt) and #3 (a ground floor apartment with private rear patio). Some of the photos show kitchen cabinets as natural wood, but all kitchens have just had the cabinets painted white with refreshed hardware. There are 2 off street parking places, one in the carport and one in the extra wide driveway. Sorry there is no balcony. Spacious closets in the bedrooms and a hall closet as well as a linen closet. One year lease required. We do not charge an application fee other than the $15 credit report fee which the prospective tenant pays online to Experian.
