About the apartment: Total rent: $2,750/month your share: $1,375/month Utilities: typically under $100/month (gas, electricity, internet) Laundry in the basement (coin-operated) Quiet neighborhood, 16-minute walk to the Red Train and 20-minute walk to the Green Train About your future roommate: You'll be living with Alison (23, social worker) and her sweet cat Cha Cha. Alison works 9 5, Monday Friday, and describes herself as quiet, clean, and friendly. She enjoys drawing, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with movies. Cha Cha is friendly but mostly keeps to herself. DM me if you're interested or would like more photos/videos of the space. Water is included in rent. Electricity and heat not included but usually less than $100 a month per person. Wifi is about $30 per person a month.
