As I am retired, I usually am still in bed when my unit share mate rises, prepares for the day and departs. Evenings I May or may not be home when you return. Am open to discussing dividing up kitchen and bathroom times. As my partner lives in SFO, and I visit him frequently I am often not in the unit, especially over the holidays. 1) Minimum lease of 3 months, and maximum of 24 months. 2) Fees: First, Last and Security deposit. 3) Tenant is responsible for 50% of monthly cost for electricity and 50% of internet (Tenant is fully responsible for television programming, games, etc.)
