The laundry room is accessible, but the garage is currently being used for storage and thus not included in the rental agreement. No smoking, no pets. This is a short term rental only! Available from now to April 30th. Tenant pays for electricity, wifi, snow plowing if needed, and end cleaning fee of $90. Monthly rent: March and April $1,500/month Month long stay or longer preferred, but minimum one week stay (weekly prices apply). The property is not available as a long term (year-round) rental.
