LAUNDRY: in the basement with dry storage and central heat/AC. PARKING: EITHER on street Somerville permit parking with plenty of space and easily accommodates visitors OR, for an additional $100/ mo you can have use of the attached garage. T ACCESS: If you don't have a car I am centrally located- about a 10 min walk to wellington station (including Station Landing shops with a nice BSC gym) and across the street from Somerville's new hip Assembly square (receiving an orange line stop opening in September and also has a huge AMC movie theater, new gym, and outlet shopping like Saks off 5th, Brooks Brothers, Starbucks, JP Licks and Paul French Bakery). OTHER: As you can see from the photos there is a large open kitchen with river views of the Mystic and a great covered deck. The bedroom that is available is the one shown and comes unfurnished. As you can see there are two closets in this bedroom (one is a very large and spacious while the other is a half closet). The apartment, as a whole, is fully furnished but could fit a few more things if you have living room furniture. I have a pretty complete kitchen which is totally free for use or you can use your own items- which ever works, there is certainly enough cabinet space available. There is also a private back yard for use as well. This apartment is great for the person who has always wanted to have a dog but couldn't, which is to say that i have dogs but, with that said, I hate living amongst dog hair so I keep the place very clean. Unfortunately I can't take a roommate that has a pet of their own though because I feel like it would just be too many feet in the apartment.About me:I am a 34 year old female and back in graduate school for the second time. I'm most interested in finding another female roommate who is clean and easy going. As a roommate I love to hang out and chat but also believe that everyone needs their own space.
