We added a 12 X 12 shed in the backyard that has a concrete foundation and electrical. The shed actually looks like the house it was custom built. We added lots of insulation to the attic, floored most of the attic with 2 X4’s and extra lights in the attic. We added custom security cameras all around the outside of the house. We added custom plantation shutters to all the windows inside. We added outdoor kitchen 2023
