Additional 50 sq ft free storage space in attic area that is easily accessible. PET POLICY: Cats only. No dogs, aquarium pets, rodents, or birds. Pet policy is strictly enforced. Minimum one-year lease agreement. Pet (cat only) deposit req'd: $400 with $200 non-refundable at end of tenancy. No firearm storage or visiting pets allowed on the property. Maximum overnight stay for all guests is 14-days total per year. No applicant with a criminal record will be accepted. All applicants are required to submit a brief renter's profile and are carefully screened for community compatibility. (Profile will be emailed after initial contact is made). Note: Applicants must meet a minimum income requirement of $3800/mo. show proof of renter's insurance and have an established work and rental history to qualify for tenancy.
