A 1200 square foot open cabin with spectacular lake view and nestled in a canopy of pines, ash, and cottonwood. The lake can be viewed from almost every room in the house, including the shower with the only exception being the master bedroom. Well insulated and finished with cedar and pine, the cabin is rustic and cozy but also bright and airy which gives it the perfect lake country feel. This cabin can be easily winterized for permanent residency. The open design of kitchen, living room and porch along with a large double bed guest bedroom allows makes it a great cabin to share with friends and family. A large lakeside deck for morning coffee and summer dining joins a quiet back deck protected from wind and sun for quiet times to read or chat. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bath is shower, washer/dryer/and sink and stool. A second bathroom with stool and sink is attached to the outside of the cabin. There is a fish cleaning house with sink and hot and cold water. Outdoor sheds and dog kennel. The lake bottom is sand and ideal for water play and swimming. The lake has a gradual drop from wading depth to swimming depth. Great play area for kids. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, dryer are included. Forced air propane furnace, fairly new water pump, softener, sewer with drain field
