Newer 1-bedroom 1-bath home yet spacious, with room for expansion. A 50x60 metal (red beam steel) building, built in 2022, and sitting on approx. 2.39 acres. The home comes with low maintenance LVP flooring, and washer-dryer convey if desired. Fiber Optic internet is installed, there is a Dish Network satellite installed for TV. It also has dedicated outlets wired to a generator hookup (see photos). The living area is on a separate breaker box from the shop. The shop area has 3 garage bay doors, 10 ft tall with one having an automatic opener. It has a 3 phase power, and a large exhaust fan to pull out some of that summer heat. The concrete floors are insulated along w/the interior insulation to help with cooling/heating. With about 2,000sf of shop space, the opportunities are endless. The lean-to runs the length of the building to protect the toys. This is a sturdy steel red beam building that can be used as a barndominium/shouse… you name it, and it is about as durable as they get. There is also a 50-amp service, which could be used for an RV. There is room in the shop for an additional bedroom to be added. Additions to the home include: Natural gas ran to the kitchen. Brand new kitchen (it wasn’t installed when we purchased) includes butcher-block counters, new sink, Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, new gas range, and a beautiful new backsplash. New ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Epoxy floor in garage. Installed dusk-to-dawn LED lights above garage doors. Hog-wire fence has been installed to keep the pets safe. Please call for an appointment.
What the owner loves about this home
Everything! This was going to be our forever home, but unfortunately there was a change of plans as our parents are in the elderly age. We can see why the Barndominium/shouse is the growing trend - Low maintenance and built to last for generations to come! What I love about this home is, that I have no complaints about this home whatsoever.
