This is a spectacular home in a very desirable neighborhood. My asking price reflects the fact the home could use some minor cosmetic upgrades such as paint and elbow grease. I had the home connected to natural gas (NVENERGY) several years ago. All the rest of the homes on Eaglenest are on propane. Natural gas is MUCH cheaper and more reliable than propane. The upstairs, and stairway, have new carpet. Installed a couple months ago. The upstairs bedrooms (two bedrooms upstairs) have new Pella windows installed. Those were installed about four months ago.
