This is the largest C - Unit Tri-level Townhouse located on the corner of Bear Creek and Pine Brook within the Village Creek Townhome Complex. I've upgraded the kitchen, the bathrooms, all the windows & 3 sliding patio doors and the garage door. The kitchen was remodeled with natural Maple Custom Cabinets with a clear lacquer finish and solid Black Pearl Granite countertops. As well, the 4 ft x 6 ft overhead light box has been remodeled. It has rounded cove bullnose molding at the bottom drywall edges with crown molding up further at the top. I also installed a small six blade ceiling fan in the middle and I installed four can lights - one on each corner. I had all the windows and the three patio doors replaced with custom built high efficiency premium CertainTeed dual glazed vinyl windows and French Style patio doors with LowE squared glass and Argonne gas. I had the kitchen remodelers install the Black Pearl Granite in front of the fireplace, also on the counter tops of both bathrooms and I upgraded the sinks and faucets with Kohler. Lastly, I had the old wooden tilt up garage door removed and upgraded to a double insulated steel sectional garage door and I replaced the motor with a Genie screw drive opener.
