The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and a fine of up to $500 may be imposed for setting the temperature below 70F. No smoking, drugs, or fireworks are allowed on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund if rules are violated.
