Respect the Neighborhood: Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Monthly Rental Requirements: Guests must agree to a minimum 30-day stay. A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required prior to move-in. We'll also need to check credit report and income proof. Cleaning & Maintenance: Guests are expected to keep the home tidy and report any damage or maintenance needs promptly. A cleaning fee may apply. Occupancy Limits: Please inquire if you anticipate additional guests than reported in application. Monthly Rent: Rent is due in full on the first day of each rental period. Grace Period: A 3-day grace period is provided. If rent is not received by 11:59 PM on the 3rd day, a late fee of $50 will be charged. Ongoing Late Fee: An additional $10 per day will be charged for each day rent remains unpaid beyond the grace period, up to a maximum of $250. Non-Payment: If rent is not paid within 10 days of the due date, the rental agreement will be subject to termination.
