The two full bathrooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed with fresh linens and toiletries. Enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings in the private backyard, which backs up to open grassland no rear neighbors, just serene views. Location is everything, and this home delivers. You're just a 2-minute walk to the Gil Albiani Recreation Center, where you can attend local events or reserve facilities, and only a 3-minute stroll to Beeman Park, featuring a soccer field and a well-equipped children's playground. Strictly No Drugs: The use or possession of drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Utilities Included (with Cap): Monthly utilities including water, electricity, gas, internet, and trash are included up to a maximum of $350. Any overage will be the responsibility of the guest. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Will charge a $100 minimum fee if smoking detected inside home. Smoking outside is permitted only if properly disposed of and done respectfully. No Parties or Events: This property is intended for quiet enjoyment. Large gatherings or parties are not permitted without prior written approval. Respect the Neighborhood: Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Monthly Rental Requirements: Guests must agree to a minimum 30-day stay. A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required prior to move-in. We'll also need to check credit report and income proof. Cleaning & Maintenance: Guests are expected to keep the home tidy and report any damage or maintenance needs promptly. A cleaning fee may apply. Occupancy Limits: Please inquire if you anticipate additional guests than reported in application. Monthly Rent: Rent is due in full on the first day of each rental period. Grace Period: A 3-day grace period is provided. If rent is not received by 11:59 PM on the 3rd day, a late fee of $50 will be charged. Ongoing Late Fee: An additional $10 per day will be charged for each day rent remains unpaid beyond the grace period, up to a maximum of $250. Non-Payment: If rent is not paid within 10 days of the due date, the rental agreement will be subject to termination. Property Showings: In-person showings are not available at this time as the owner is not currently in the area.
