The entire home would be yours for the duration of your stay. Owner pays all utilities, trash, cable and internet. Pets are allowed with a deposit. Smoking allowed only outdoors. Parking is ample on the property, possible use of garage space. Lease terms are $4000/month, and can move week-to-week after based on needs.
