I love the trees here. In the summer it is hard to see any other house except for one up the street when you are in the house. It is a quiet area that is close to DC and just outside of town (LaPlata) so the taxes are cheaper. The street is great for children to paly in this area. It is not a neighborhood where you can use it as a shortcut or "cut through" it to get somewhere else. The elementery school bus picks the kids up only 4 house down from the house.
