Home is close too all your shopping needs. Its a 2022 clayton home single wide home, comes with ecobee thermostat with appliances along with a nice quiet neighborhood that is safe and great for kids to play. Lease term is 12 months (negotiable). You'll need first months rent due and security deposit at signing. Background check is required for anyone over the age of 18 years old ($50 per person). There will only be 1 pet allowed along with a one-time payment of $100 (non-refundable). If there is any damaged caused by your pet you will lose your deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit then it will be added onto the next months rent. There is no smoking allowed inside the home, if you're caught smoking in the home, if your caught smoking in the home you will lose your deposit. If the cost to eliminate the order exceeds your deposit the remaining amount will be added too your next months rent. The yard is the tenants responsibility ( keeping yard clean and grass cut). If yard/lawn is messy the tenant will be notified. If yard is not cleaned up within 2 days then there will be one more warning after second warning is sent tenant will be evicted and deposit will not be refunded. We (owner) will notice tenants with in 5 days before we come to inspect the home.
