Our home has been remodeled. The kitchen has brand new cabinets, granite counter tops, new tile floors and brand new stainless steel appliances. It's a beautiful kitchen. We just put brand new hard wood floors in the main living and dining room. The house has been newly painted inside and out. The bathroom has been remodeled. There is an additional bonus room/media room off the front living area. There is a fenced backyard with a small gazebo and a fire pit in the backyard. There is a large RV garage on the property that you can use for storage. The house is a short 10 minute walk to Greenlake. We will consider small pets. No smoking inside the house. I will hold an open house on Saturday the 16th between 12:00-2:00 if you are interested in viewing the house. Please email me ahead of time. Renter pays all utilities and maintains yard. Owner provides twice a year yard trimming and cleanup
