You and your guests must be appropriate around 16 and 18 year old girls. This is not a party house, but I won't condemn you for enjoying a glass of wine or a beer Weekends without the girls may stay up a little later, but in general looking for someone that is positive energy. I currently have 1 4 year old Golden Retriever dog of my own so I would be willing to discuss the possibility for the right dog The house is located about 1 mile from the public bus at the Jeremy Ranch Park And Ride but you are probably better with your own transportation. Rent is $800 per month for the room which includs utilities/TV/Wireless High Speed Internet. The room are available now. First month and security deposit due at move in. I am looking for a long term tenant but may consider winter tenant for upcoming winter. My current tenants have been here for over 3 years but one moved out with friends and the other has decided to move in with her boyfriend. The Girls and I are very easy going. Your friends are welcomed here as long as it isn't all the time and late night partying is probably not a good fit because we get up early.
