I have over $20,000 of windows, flooring, siding, vanity, sheet rock in the garage that i would also be willing to sell in addition. We have planned to purchase a home on a different lake. We figured that the new buyer could remodel it the way they want to based on the as is sale of the property. I also have a dock and boat lift i would sell separately also. Both are aluminum.
