I'd love it if you have a dog who could be a playmate for Gromit, and you & I could trade dog walks. Your room is on the ground floor, mine is on the top floor, and we share the middle floor. Walking distance to New Seasons, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the library, the river. Easy access to public transportation; easy on-street parking. I work full time, I'm an early riser, and I enjoy being outside whenever possible. No smoking. Utilities included. You are responsible for cleaning your own room and bathroom. I would love it if you have a dog that's a good playmate for my 3-year-old lab!
