Looking for a responsible professional adult to share my 2 bdrm apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Laurel, MD. Close to shops, the MARC train and bus stop at the entrance of the complex. I'm an IT professional and I'm a lesbian so if that bothers you perhaps this isn't the right spot for you. My apartment is clean and setup like a bachelor pad. The room for rent is not furnished but can hold dresser, bedside table and a queen size bed. Cable is FREE but the renter pays 1/2 of the Electric/Gas bill which is pretty low. I'm not opposed to smokers but you must smoke outside. I'm pretty laid back but like to keep the common areas clean and expect the same from a roommate. The common areas are the eat-in-kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer in the unit and living area equipped with a 55" flat screen TV and pool table. Respect me and I will respect you that's my motto.
