If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing, with a limit of 2 pets, and a pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Guests must sign and complete a digital rental agreement prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
