This house on 880 Spur ct. Rio Rancho is unfit to live in. Darell Blair has done no repairs on the house since my parents and brother moved in 2008. My father passed away in 2016. I have pictures of all the flaws this house has. Darell Blair has racked enough funds to repair this house. My brother paid rent to live in a mouse infested and roof needs repairs. The garage has holes where mice get in. Plus you can see through the roof. I am taking more pictures. Darell needs to fix the house repairs. Before he rents it out again. Should not be rented out. I can't believe my parents, brother and daughter lived there. I am warning future renters.
