The location is fantastic. There are plenty of trails nearby that are great for any fitness level. They offer free tanning to all of their residents, which is great especially during the winter. Also, they have a well equipped gym and study lounge in the club house. The staff is also really great. Maintenance is super fast and efficient. It's a very peaceful and pro-student community.
