Regatta Beach Club where the condo is located is located on the North End of the island of Clearwater Beach, close to everything without the crowds. You can walk to Caladesi Island for shelling, fishing and adding your wish to the Wish Tree. The condo is an upper level beachfront condo on the fifth floor with two balconies overlooking the of Mexico and is a recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with king beds, fully furnished, has newer appliances including a washer and dryer Yet all you need to spend time at the beach including linens, dishes, beach chairs and towels and all the necessary small appliances needed daily including three televisions with internet access and Hulu to stream your favorite shows. The condo in Regatta Beach Club has many amenities including an Olympic size heated pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with beach access and showers. There is also a giant patio with tables and chairs, new grills, covered patios near the pool, a shuffleboard court, a library with internet connections, a fully equipped gym, a huge community to use for dinners or parties with a kitchen and a large game room with a pool table, darts, ping pong and an air hockey table. There is a workshop where you can hone your craft by using the equipment and tools available to all residents. Last but not least there is a full movie room with special lighting, surround sound, stadium seating and electrical outlets to heat up any snacks you bring. The condo also comes with a covered parking space which is necessary to protect your car from the hot Florida sun. There is adequate parking for your guests when you entertain and the parking lot is protected by automatic gates to keep the lot secure. If you have an EV, there are electric charging stations for your convenience. The beach trolley stops at our front gate frequently so you can leave your car and go anywhere on the beach and elsewhere, like Dunedin or Tarpon Springs to explore. To have access to this idyllic setting, you will need to agree to renting it for a minimum of 6 months with 12 month lease preferred. Rental includes water, internet and streaming channel. The minimum lease is 6 months with 12 months preferable. There is a $500 cleaning fee required at time of lease signing in addition to one month's rent as a security deposit. For a 6 month lease, one-half of the total rent is due before moving in and the remaining 3 months will be due at the beginning of the fourth month. For a longer lease, payments will be made two months in advance of each two month period, including the first two months, and due on lease signing will be a $500 cleaning fee and a security deposit of $2,500.
