Whether you're utilizing the on-site study pods or relaxing in the courtyard, we're here to provide a space that allows you to succeed in school, enjoy your time and have fun along the way. Apartments come fully furnished with all utilities included. That means that we've got you covered for your water bill, electric bill, trash bill, Wi-Fi, and more! Each unit comes fully equipped with a flat-screen television, couches, a coffee table, a modern dining room with chairs and tables, extra-long beds with drawers, and so much more. Community Activities/Events: At Beach City, Campus 880, San Andres, Weldon, and 1056 Cliff properties, we strive to foster a sense of community and connection among our residents. To support this goal, we include a $150 annual activity fee per bed lease. This fee helps fund engaging community events, social gatherings, and activities designed to bring everyone together and enhance your living experience! Individual bed space lease - come with a group or by yourself and we will take care of the rest! Leases require a guarantor (parent/ legal guardian).
