Every studio has a general living area as well as its own private kitchen and bathroom. All studios have electric stoves, built-in heaters, and a window that opens to the outdoors. We also provide each studio with a microwave and refrigerator. Studios are wired and ready to go with connections for internet, phone, and cable tv. Power and water utilities as well as garbage and sewer services are included at no extra cost to tenants. Internet, phone and/or cable tv are not included. The common areas of the building include several laundry rooms, a gym, a business center, a rooftop patio and outside courtyard with bicycle parking. Our studios are leased on a flexible month-to-month basis which gives you the freedom to make your stay here as long or short as you would like. The building is in a great location close to public transit, grocery stores, retail shopping, dining, entertainment and more. Yerba Buena Commons is funded in part by a program called the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. This government program along with other sources used to build the property require management to screen all applicants carefully. All potential residents must qualify based on projected annual income (including assets), household size, student status, background check, credit report and rental history. Applicants must be approved for our low-income housing program. Visit our website at YerbaBuenaCommons dot com for more details.
