Pukalani enjoys perfect year-round temperatures and tradewinds even when the coast is hot and dusty. It's a short drive to the beach, Makawao, Kula, Paia and Haiku. Kahului airport is 15 minutes away. Maui Memorial and Kula hospitals are both within 25 minutes drive. Please do not disturb our current tenants. We will have the home deep cleaned and ready to view by mid-August, with an ideal move-in date of September 1st (possibly sooner). No tobacco smoking please. Pets are most welcome on a case-by-case basis with a pet fee. The cottage has its own propane tank and electric meter that are the tenant's responsibility. Water and trash are included.
