Rustic log cabin built in 1991 on a 5 acre tract of land bordering the Corp of Engineers property just north of, and within walking distance to Lake Allatoona. Very quiet surroundings, but you can hear boats on the lake in the summertime. It is being sold as is. Property is on a well and septic. There is no central HVAC. It is heated by a gas stove, and cooled by a window unit A/C. It is not in a subdivision. Note: There is currently no cable TV/internet providers available. Most people in area use satellite TV and mobile hotspot/jetpack for internet.
