On 89 Draper St, second floor very nice neighbors in the building. Door recently newly painted and apartment is very clean. All pets are allowed not just cats and dogs Parking will be provided in the back and front. Animal policies are that all animals are allowed. It's on the second floor and no smoking inside the building and the apartments. You pay your own bills water,electricity, etc. Laundry machines (washer, and dryer) are provided. Laundry will be coin-op. The apartment has two exits, one to the main door and the other to the back door to the parking lot. Please keep the building clean and your apartment clean and be upfront with us about what you can or can't do (money wise). Laundry is in the basement as well.
