Hudson Ridge is conveniently situated between Nashua and Londonderry. It is convenient to routes 3 & 93 making it ideal for the commuting lifestyle. At this time we have a three bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex available. Our duplexes feature a full basement for storage with washer and dryer hookups. Hudson Ridge offers 24 hour emergency maintenance assistance. Residents at Hudson Ridge are responsible for paying utilities (propane for heat plus electricity and cable, if desired), yard work as well as snow removal of parking spaces. We require a one year lease agreement and a security deposit equal to one month?s rent. We have a $25 application fee per adult on the application. The application process consists of a credit and background check, verification of income (we usually collect your two most recent paystubs and look for a gross income of 2.5-3 times the rental amount per month) and landlord references.
