Please read full description. We will have one PRIVATE room available for one person. Another one of our cute tenants is getting MARRIED! So, she needs to sell the remainder of her contract which will end July 31, 2025. We are not BYU approved but do have some similar rules. You do not need to be a student to live here in fact we have several working professionals in addition to students. We are looking for responsible, kind, and clean tenants. Private Furnished Rooms Washer and Dryer in Unit (not coin) Free Parking (Private off street assigned) Large Kitchen 2 Fridges Ceiling Fans Internet Access The home is a 4 level split and that provides private space. It is furnished, the rooms have a dresser and twin bed. You would technically share a full size bathroom with just one other person. The kitchen is on the larger side and has a good amount of cupboard space. The in unit laundry room is also furnished with a washer and dryer (not coin operated), there is some extra storage space there as well. Deposit is $400. Rent is only $370 (great price for a PRIVATE room!) There is an automatic charge of $55 that needs to accompany your rent to go towards utilities. Also, if you pay before the 1st of each month then you will get an additional $10 off! Making rent and utilities only $415 instead of $425 if you pay early. Melissa is discounting her rent and will be paying the difference to make this incredible price happen. The room is renewable for now, that new contract would start August 1, 2025. The rent will increase to $500, plus an additional $55 would need to be paid going towards utilities just FYI if you are wanting to renew. (We will only offer next years contract to the person who takes over Melissa's contract at this time.) There is a non refundable $20 application fee to be turned in with your application. No smoking, drinking, drugs, pets, etc. No over night guests are permitted. Just a reminder that this contract will end July 31, 2025 and is available asap!
