I have lived in the house for ten years and my current roommate is getting married. I would like to continue renting here and am looking for a renter to take over the other half of the house. The basement is around 900 sq ft, no private entrance, unfurnished and amenities include bedroom, bathroom, family room and shared laundry. Upstairs has shared full kitchen and garage parking. New paint and carpet. With shared utilities, monthly cost comes to about $1000. Will share in minimal chores (lawn care, shoveling, etc.). Must be willing to submit to credit and background check.
