Honestly it is my favorite apartment I have lived in and feel like I get a lot for my money and love my room. I would live here longer if circumstances in my life weren t changing! I am getting Married!! It isn t BYU approved, but requires high standards of living and the roommates are clean and I didn t even clean the kitchen and living space more for the pictures, it just always looks like that! Which is a nice change from what I had grown accustomed to. Only 1 Private room available in a mostly graduate student and working professional Housing - Close to VASA Gym, Maceys, the University Mall, the new Walmart in Provo, and Carterville Park with out all of the hustle and bustle of the city! A twin size bed, and small dresser is included for use in the furnished room, desks are not provided. Furnished 4bd 2 ba, Large Kitchen,2 fridges, laundry room with washer and dryer! Storage area, large closet space, central air and heat,ceiling fans! You also have your own keyed entry to your room! Parking is not a problem there is enough parking for all the tenants. My bedroom carpet is new, and very nice. Water, garbage, sewer, and internet access are all included in rent price. :) Monthly Rent is $335, Deposit is $300.00, and if you pay before the 1st of the month then you get an extra $10.00 off. There is also an automatic $40 A MONTH TO BE PAID WITH RENT TO GO TOWARDS UTILITIES (GAS,ELECTRIC). Rent including utilities can be as low as $365.00 a month if you pay before the first of the month.
