This is a family home and we are seeking respectful tenants who will treat the space with love. The downstairs has hardwood floors throughout with a kitchen, living, and expanded dining area and full bath. Dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools included, as well as a dining table and chairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a single bed, the other with a queen sized bed. The house has two porches with the back deck looking over Beaver Meadow Brook (a small mountain stream). Onsite parking and some (uninsulated) barn storage is available. 15 minute drive to Bristol, 25 minutes to Middlebury or Warren/Waitsfield area, 55 minute drive to Burlington. Rent is $2200 which includes, heat, electricity, landline phone, and internet. Tenants are responsible for snow removal, lawn care, and trash/recycling (the town dump is half a mile from the house.) No smoking and no pets.
