The kitchen counter tops are upgraded with Silestone a beautiful solid surface made from quartz and one of the hardest surfaces on earth. Many homes in Baderville do not have a well and must haul water. This home shares one of the best wells in the area with the adjoining property (which we also own and may be willing to sell as well). The well is used by the State of Arizona as one of their test wells because of its quality. There is also a 10,000-gallon cistern on the property.
