I will be living on site so I will be easily available for concerns or repairs. Complex has pool, hot tub, clubhouse, park, dog park, and basketball court. No smoking or pets. Background check required on all occupants over 18. If there is a past felony, renter will need to show good behavior since and evidence of employment. Just because you have a felony on record does not necessarily mean you will be excluded. Last 2 pay stubs required. Income must be 2x rent. Two warnings regarding infractions (noise violation, pets, smoking, trash on balcony, drug use, using facilities outside of posted hours, etc-this is not an exhaustive list) and an eviction notice will be issued and deposit will not be returned.
