With the rental include use of our Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, washer, and dryer. The HOA provides community pool access, trash removal, water, sewer, snow removal, and all outside maintenance and is included in the monthly rent. All other utilities (excel, etc.) must be paid for by the tenant and must have accounts transferred into tenant's name on the day of lease commencement, or the day of move-in, whichever comes first.
