Pets are not allowed as there is a territorial but very friendly and loving cat who already resides in the home, and parking is available in front of the house. This is a non smoking household. The hardwood floors and peaceful large backyard and gardens make this a great place to call home. Nearby main street Middletown offers a variety of restaurants, parks, and community events as well. Utilities are included except electricity, that will be split. Rent is due the first of the month (prorated if begun any other date) every month.
